COVID-19 Vaccine Delivery Challenges Persist

According to the Our World in Data project, which compiles data from government and other sources, 10 percent of the world’s population is fully vaccinated and 21.8 percent of people have received one dose. The ability to deliver a vaccine to much of the world remains a challenge.

Adam Tetz, Director of Worldwide Marketing, recently shared more about why the world is challenged to deliver a vaccine. In a recent article in International Trade Magazine, Tetz discusses the lack of infrastructure available to ship and store deep frozen vaccines and challenges associated with manufacturing and shipping the volumes of vaccines needed for 7.8 billion people.
